A conspiracy may be a continuing one; actors may drop out and others may drop in; the details of operation may change from time to time; the members need not know each other or the part played by others; a member may not need to know all the details of the plan of the operation; he must, however, know the purpose of the conspiracy and agree to become a party to a plan to effectuate that purpose. – California Court of Appeals, Craig v. In 1996, The Seattle Times reported on the horrific abuses at the state’s O.K. Boy’s Ranch, described by residents as “a jungle,” “where older boys beat and molested younger residents…[and] were subjected to physical and sexual abuse from…some staff members.” This information came to light amidst revelations that the DSHS had relicensed the group home in 1989 despite knowing of abuse occurring there. The Seattle Times also reported that “[Kristy] Galt, Olympia area manager for the Division of Children and Family Services, was described in [a] State Patrol report…as ‘oblivious to situations.’ [DSHS auditor Art Cantrell] described her office as ‘the worst-managed’ office in the state.” ¹

“Scientists are exhuming bodies thought to have been Wards of the now defunct [Miami] Dozier School for Boys,” writes The Slog. “Last week, soil-penetrating radar revealed nearly 50 unmarked graves that the State had never detected before.”

“Like a sorority or a fraternity, everything was closed-mouth,” said a local resident about the attitude in town to the school. But he’d heard the hushed stories of boys who were beaten, tortured, or worse: “Nobody knew anything or was going to tell you anything,” he said. The 79 year old man tells a story he heard about Dozier boys running away at night. He says a group called the “Dog Boys” would wait for them in the woods.

“The dogs would about tear them to pieces and they would holler and yell,” he says.…

The state shut down the Dosier School for wayward boys in 2011, following allegations of abuse and suspicious death. But for fifty kids, that was too little, too late.

The classic signs are all there: systemic, sadistic, sexual abuse, pleas ignored by law officers and the Courts, and more than a hint of cover-up.

The potential murder element in paedophile cases is far too often ignored. When kids are abducted and then almost inevitably turn up dead, the perpetrator is dismissed somehow separately as ‘a sex maniac’. The truth is that many paedophiles are violently sadistic, there is a huge market for child ‘snuff’ movies, and hundreds of kids are on the run from care homes at any given time hoping to escape the abuse.²

“Over two decades, the Boy Scouts of America failed to report hundreds of alleged child molesters to police and often hid the allegations from parents and the public,” writes Kim Christensen and Jason Felch for the Los Angeles Times:

A Los Angeles Times review of 1,600 confidential files dating from 1970 to 1991 has found that Scouting officials frequently urged admitted offenders to quietly resign – and helped many cover their tracks.…

The details are contained in the organization’s confidential “perversion files,” a blacklist of alleged molesters, that the Scouts have used internally since 1919. Scouts’ lawyers around the country have been fighting in court to keep the files from public view.

As The Times reported in August, the blacklist often didn’t work: Men expelled for alleged abuses slipped back into the program, only to be accused of molesting again. Now, a more extensive review has shown that Scouts sometimes abetted molesters by keeping allegations under wraps.

In the majority of cases, the Scouts learned of alleged abuse after it had been reported to authorities. But in more than 500 instances, the Scouts learned about it from boys, parents, staff members or anonymous tips.³

Former U.S. Senator John DeCamp “exposes the elite web of crime, satanic cults, and child sexual abuse that reaches through the highest levels of power in our society” in his 1992 book (updated in 1996) The Franklin Cover-Up writes an Amazon.com reviewer who goes on to note that “it’s interesting that former CIA director Bill Colby ambiguously acknowledged to the author that the scenario described is real, and not long thereafter Colby turned up dead under suspicious circumstances.” ⁴ A documentary was filmed entitled Conspiracy of Silence, but before it was to air on the Discovery Channel, unknown persons purchased the rights and ordered all copies be destroyed.⁵

Forcible drugging is reported by ritual abuseⁱ victims in Remembering Satan by Lawrence Wright.⁶ The child is “drugged, hypnotized, and traumatized” writes former Illuminati programmer Svali in Breaking the Chain.^{7, ii} A November 2012 case in the U.K. involves “members of a ‘white witch coven’ in Cornwall [who] donned ceremonial robes and used daggers in ritualistic sex abuse of young girls,” according to testimony reported by TheGuardian news website:

[Two defendents] were said to have been involved in criminal “pagan ceremonies” over a 30-year period. Children were plied with alcohol before being made to undress in front of a crowd of men wearing robes, it was claimed. The alleged victims, the youngest of whom aged three to five, were then abused by their tormentors before being given money and sweets to buy their silence, Truro crown court was told.… The men, both from Falmouth, deny a string of charges relating to the abuse of children from the late 1970s to 2009.⁸

Elder Glen L. Pace, Second Counselor in the Presiding Bishopric of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, interviewed 60 people who had been ritually abused by church leaders, temple workers and members of the Tabernacle Choir, according to his 1990 memo on “Ritualistic Child Abuse” to the Strengthening Church Members Committee of the Mormon Church. Pace notes:

Ritualistic child abuse is the most hideous of all child abuse. The basic objective is premeditated – to systematically and methodically torture and terrorize children until they are forced to dissociate. [Pace doesn't] pretend to know how prevalent the problem is,…can only assume that it is expanding geometrically and [is] horrified the numbers represented by the generation who are now children and teenagers.⁹

Alex Constantine reports in his preview to the 1995 The Constantine Report at the discontinued mindcontrolforums.com website:

The treatment of mind controlled kids is a growing field, despite the call for public denial from the corporate press. Cult abuse of children, [Catherine Gould] wrote in The Journal of Psychohistory in the spring of 1995, “is considerable in scope and extremely grave in its consequences. Among 2,709 members of the American Psychological Association who responded to a poll, 2,292 cases of ritual abuse were reported. In 1992 alone, Childhelp USA logged 1,741 calls pertaining to ritual abuse, Monarch Resources of Los Angeles logged 5,000, Real Active Survivors tallied nearly 3,600, Justus Unlimited of Colorado received almost 7,000, and Looking Up Maine handled around 6,000.” ¹⁰

The CIA brainwashes children to become amnesic spies, assassins and sex slaves. Children are used to cater to and compromise government officials and business leaders. Edwin Wilson began the CIA’s widespread use of sex in the early 1950s when he acquired homosexual and pedophile rings from CIA asset, mafia lawyer, and Joseph McCarthy House Unamerican Activities Committee counsel Roy Cohn.¹¹
